Welcome to Wild Sage, a unique blend of a sourdough bakery and herbal apothecary inspired by family, health, and a deep connection to nature. Our story begins with love, resilience, and the desire to create a healthier, more balanced life for ourselves and our daughter, Josie.

As parents to a beautiful daughter with Down syndrome, our journey has been one of learning and growth. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and at only 4 months old, Josie underwent open-heart surgery. That experience profoundly shaped our perspective on health and wellness. It was a stark reminder of how precious and fragile life can be, inspiring us to take proactive steps to prioritize our family’s well-being.

Driven to safeguard Josie’s future and support her unique needs, we began crafting products rooted in tradition and nature.  From lovingly crafted sourdough loaves to herbal remedies that promote everyday wellness, each product we create embodies our dedication to health, safety, and sustainability—many of which are part of Josie’s daily routine. 

Our sourdough bakery celebrates the time-honored art of fermentation, offering wholesome bread that’s as delicious as it is nourishing. In our herbal apothecary, we handcraft remedies using natural, high-quality ingredients to support balance and vitality for the whole family.
